In autumn, enjoy the spoils of summer at the traditional brisolèe. If you like it rustic, try z`Gsottus, a typical Valais dish. Valais wine also has an excellent reputation beyond borders. In addition to wine, Valais is of course famous for abricotine, a delicious brandy made from the finest and best Valais apricots. The Alpensherry, a 120 year old delight from Grminentz also wants to be tasted.

Cooking is of course done with love, fresh herbs and seasonal ingredients from the region.
